Shipping Policy
Processing and Delivery Time
The processing of your order usually takes 1-2 business days. Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
The delivery time is generally 8 to 14 business days. We do everything we can to deliver your order as quickly as possible.
Delayed Orders
Is your package delayed? This can happen during peak periods such as Black Friday or Christmas. Please wait an additional 3 business days and then contact our customer service if your package has not yet arrived. Don’t forget to include your order number.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours and provide photo or video proof of the damage, along with your order number.
Defective Product?
If your product arrives damaged, we will send a new package free of charge. If a second defective delivery occurs, you will receive a full refund.
Lost or Returned Packages
For a lost or undelivered package due to a logistical issue, we will always send a new package before applying our refund and return policy.
Not Home for Delivery or Package at the Post Office
If a package is not accepted or picked up at the post office, it will automatically be returned. We reserve the right to deduct €15 from the refund for the incurred costs.
Cancellation of Placed Orders
Because our orders are processed immediately, cancellations are unfortunately not possible.
