Return and Refund Policy

At PolarSupply, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied, please familiarize yourself with our simple return and refund policy.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to return it. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by the original packaging and labels.

Return Costs

Please note that Polarsupply does not offer a free return service. Consequently, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer. As described in our terms and conditions and on our website, orders are shipped from Asia to the consumer, and the consumer is also responsible for returning the shipment to our central warehouse in Asia. 

Refund

Once your return is received, we will inspect the items and notify you via email of your refund status. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 14 days. Please note that we only refund the purchase price of returned items and do not reimburse shipping or handling costs.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchange requests. If you wish to exchange an item for another, please follow our return policy for the original item and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged Items

We carefully inspect all items for damage and defects before shipping, but if you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
